Natalie and I met weekly for the first 3 months of my new job, and she helped me stay focused on the role I had landed and not dwell on the one that I no longer had. She kept the doubt of myself out of my head. She challenged me to keep looking and moving forward. Every week she made me face the fact that I’m great at what I do. I found the confidence that I let someone else steal from me. I found the focus to kill it at a new company and a new job. I improved taking care of Nicole and ensuring I was an advocate for myself. I met with Natalie to get help with my resume and job search. As a coach myself, who has successfully helped countless others, I was at a loss for what to do differently. Being too close to it made it impossible for me to see the small changes that Natalie suggested I make to my cover letter and resume. Within a week of meeting with Natalie, I had three interviews. The next week, I had three more. Two weeks later, I had a job offer. This is after securing only one interview in the previous eight months! I was so happy with the results that I paid for my unemployed friend to go through Natalie’s career program. My friend had gone through multiple layoffs and had been searching for several months. Within a month of working with Natalie, my friend also received a job offer. Once may be luck, but twice shows true talent! There are a lot of coaches on LinkedIn that will scam you. Natalie is the only one I’ve met who is sincere and legitimate. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
